Bourbon Balls


Note - traditional wafers or sandwich style, Oreo©® type cookies will do, but only half the cookies should have creamy centers.  Feel free to bourbon to taste.
  1. Mix crushed wafers, powdered sugar and pecans in a large bowl.  Stir in bourbon and corn syrup.
  2. Shape mixture into one inch balls.  Roll in granualated sugar.
  3. Place in air tight container and refridgerate for at least twenty four hours.
